Fall 2022 Tutoring Sessions Start on Monday, September 26th.​

In accordance with CDC and state guidelines, this protocol is suspended at this time.  However it may be reinstated in the future if conditions warrant.  At this time, our protocol is as follows:

​

1.  **If your child or a family member has symptoms or feels sick, please cancel your tutoring session for that week. There will be no cancellation penalty when canceling for this reason.

2.  All persons entering the building will have their temperature checked and will sanitize their hands.

Due to Covid-19, we have changed operational procedures in order to protect the students, their families, and our tutoring staff. When you arrive for a tutoring session, please follow the protocol shown below:

​

1. Masks must be worn at all times and must cover the mouth and nose.  Removal of masks in the building is not allowed. Non-compliance with the mask policy after the first request/warning will result in immediate disenrollment from T2T.  Reinstatement will be reviewed and determined on a case basis after an interview with the T2T Program Director and RCACC Executive Director.

2. Everyone on RCACC grounds must have a mask on unless they are actually inside their vehicle.

​

3. Everyone will enter RCACC by the parking lot side porch door.

 

4. We will have a staff person at the porch entry door "station" to take temperatures, to assure everyone has masks on, and to assure everyone entering the building sanitizes their hands.

​

5. Everyone approaching the door must have a mask on. If the student doesn't have a mask we will furnish one at the entry station.

​

6. Everyone must wait 6 feet apart in line as they approach the porch entry station.

​

7. Everyone must use hand sanitizer that we furnish to thoroughly cleanse their hands.

​

8. Anyone with a temperature greater than 98.6 will not be allowed to enter.

​

9. Please be at RCACC 5 minutes early before your session start time to allow for the entry station check.

​

10. Sessions will be 50 minutes long to allow for cleaning, so please be on time. Any late time will not be made up at the end of the session.

​

11. Parents will only drop off and pick up at the door. Parents/siblings will not be allowed to wait inside. We will have at least two adults in the building at all times.

​

12. Tables will be spread out at least 6 feet from each other for social distancing safety.
